"Skills-n-Drills is a great physical and mental training program. I was doing drills that I have never done before. The movements were uncomfortable at first, but they soon helped me to sharpen up my game on the field. Being open minded helps you fully invest in the workout, and that’s how you stay locked in. It’s a good feeling knowing that the trainer has nothing but your best interest in mind. He wants us to become better players and better men. It’s a positive thing when you have a trainer that has played the position because he is teaching from experience. There is no better life lesson than experience itself. If someone can cut out the middle man and give you the lesson, teaching from their own tweaks and mistakes, why not take advantage of it? It’s like having the answers to a test. I can vouch that the work you do in this program can help improve your game. Going into college I had nothing but raw talent at the defensive back position. I trained with Coach Carp before going to school and I can say that he definitely got my footwork a lot better and cleaner. I had the better footwork out of my incoming classmates. That gave me the edge to not get redshirted, and actually try to help my team get some wins this year."

Coach Timm Carper
Coach Timm Carper (aka Coach Carp) has been in and around the game of football for over 30 years both as a player from Pop Warner to the collegiate level, and as a coach from the youth league to the
high school level. Coach Carp has developed specific training programs that help meet and exceed the athlete’s performance goals on the field. His program is based on the firm belief that both a physically
and mentally developed athlete can be a healthier, more balanced athlete. Coach Carp is able to help
the athlete achieve this through agility training and instruction focusing on techniques and fundamentals.
